CONDITIONS

Some of our items, due to their unique characteristics, must meet the following conditions in order to be returned:

• Swimwear: must include the hygiene strip.
• Women’s Undergarments: may be exchanged or returned provided they are in the same condition as when purchased and retain the protective bag or sticker with which they were sent to you.
• Pajamas: may be exchanged or returned provided they are in the same condition as when purchased. Items that include a bag must be returned with it.
• Accessories: must be returned with their original bag or cardboard intact.
• Personalized items: Due to the custom nature of these items, returns and exchanges are not permitted.
• Packs: items that are part of a pack cannot be returned separately.
• Stationery: must be returned with the original bag or packaging intact.
