RETURN POLICY
You have 7 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods to return your purchase for FREE.
Final sales are final and not returnable or exchangeable.
REFUND
The refund will be made via the same payment method that was used for your initial purchase.
You will receive the return confirmation via email once the return has been completed.
If you do not see a credit to your account within 14 days, please use this confirmation and present it to your banking institution so they may help you facilitate the process.
CONDITIONS
Some of our items, due to their unique characteristics, must meet the following conditions in order to be returned:
- Swimwear: must include the hygiene strip.
- Women’s Undergarments: may be exchanged or returned provided they are in the same condition as when purchased and retain the protective bag or sticker with which they were sent to you.
- Pajamas: may be exchanged or returned provided they are in the same condition as when purchased. Items that include a bag must be returned with it.
- Accessories: must be returned with their original bag or cardboard intact.
- Personalized items: Due to the custom nature of these items, returns and exchanges are not permitted.
- Packs: items that are part of a pack cannot be returned separately.
- Stationery: must be returned with the original bag or packaging intact.
